Noémie and Prosper met in 2021 in Launceston Tasmania. After working together on Invermay Road for 3 years and creating great complicity between the two, they have decided to start their own journey.Together, they decided to start Le Petit Chou, their very own French pâtisserie. Prosper and Noemie have the ambition to marry the great Tasmanian ingredients with the classics of the French pastry.
At Le Petit Chou, Prosper and Noémie will offer sweet, savory, and gluten-free options to cater for most. Taking the choux pastry and offering it in an infinite variety of flavors and shapes.
